Hanan Hagaban’s Fromagerie is located in the tranquil setting of Moshav Herut in the Sharon region, nestled beneath avocado trees. We specialize in producing a range of high-quality, artisanal cheeses using traditional methods and milk from cows, sheep, and goats.
Visit our visitor center to learn about the cheese-making process and the fromagerie craft. Take a tour of our cheese ripening chambers where our cheeses age and indulge with a tasting of our locally produced cheeses.
After your tour, be sure to visit our shop to purchase a selection of our cheeses, olive oil, avocados grown on our property, wine, bread, olives, spreads, jams, and other natural products from the village.
