Whole wheat flour, oats and sunflower seeds

Made from 100% whole wheat flour that contains dietary fiber, oats that contain soluble dietary fiber and sunflower seeds that contain unsaturated fatty acids. The bread is approved by the Israeli diabetes association A.I.L. We added protein and dietary fiber to the bread and reduced the amount of carbohydrates so that 2 slices of bread are a substitute for 3/4 serving of bread (15 grams of carbohydrates). Each slice has about 47 calories and 3 grams of dietary fiber.
