The Flagship wine Yiron from Galil Mountain is a blend produced from grapes from the Upper Galilee vineyards. Yiron has a shimmering burgundy color. The wine has a robust character with abundant aromas of berries, cherries and plum jam, on a spiced background of vanilla, cloves and toasted oak.

This balanced, full-bodied wine has a long and classic finish. The wine underwent fermentation on skins at 30ºC for 14-21 days, complete malolactic fermentation and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
