{"id":8876,"date":"2020-10-06T13:10:14","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T10:10:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hagaban.co.il\/a-visit-of-the-veterans-of-moshav-herut\/"},"modified":"2020-10-06T13:10:14","modified_gmt":"2020-10-06T10:10:14","slug":"a-visit-of-the-veterans-of-moshav-herut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hagaban.co.il\/en\/a-visit-of-the-veterans-of-moshav-herut\/","title":{"rendered":"A visit of the veterans of Moshav Herut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello everyone<\/p>\n<p>Today the veterans of the moshav (second generation) arrived for a visit in our visitors&#8217; center.<\/p>\n<p>We started by gathering near the old cowshed where we explained about the project and the work with the Ministry of Agriculture and Tourism.<\/p>\n<p>We told each other how things used to be (cowshed, heated brooders houses and chicken coop, and how many cows each one had &#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>From there we continued toward the production room, explaining about the milk and where it came from, and how I make the cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>We watched the cheese rooms and the video how to make Tzfat cheese, and finished with a joint meal under the avocado trees.<\/p>\n<p>It was exciting for me to host the veterans of the moshav.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the guests and special thanks to Sarah and Moishe Pinsky who brought a gift of old jars of Israeli Lebeniah and yogurt to our old tools presentation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Good health wishes to everyone,<\/p>\n<p>May be all meet only in the celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>Good day Hanan Hagaban<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello everyone Today the veterans of the moshav (second generation) arrived for a visit in our visitors&#8217; center.
