The Yarden Brut Rosé sparkling wine shows off aromatic notes of strawberries and cream, along with characters of flowers, citrus, lemon zest, mineral and hints of toasted baguette. With its festive rosé color, refreshing acidity and good length, the wine is complex and crisp.
While delicious upon release, Yarden Brut Rosé should age well for ten years or more from vintage.
The Yarden Brut Rosé is blended from 66% Chardonnay and 34% Pinot Noir grapes grown in high-elevation vineyards on the northern Golan Heights. Produced using traditional methods only – including hand harvesting, whole cluster pressing, and secondary fermentation in the bottle – this sparkling wine aged on triage yeast for five years.
