The Experience Includes:

• The Farm Story: A screening of a film illustrating the cheesemaking process and the history of the farm and the Moshav.

• Behind the Scenes: A guided view through transparent windows into the aging rooms, where you’ll learn about the ripening process of our artisanal cheeses. (This portion lasts approximately 25 minutes).

• The Tasting Meal: An array of various cheeses accompanied by fresh and roasted vegetables, house-baked bread, dips, olives, butter, jam, coffee, and natural juice.
