Adi Pecan – Brie-style Goat Cheese with Pecans

Adi Pecan is a Brie-style goat cheese with addition of pecans picked from the pecan tree growing next to the fromagerie.
Sarah’le (my mother in law) and the grandchildren pick the pecans in winter.
As always, we put the nature around us into our doing.
We first made the cheese when the comedian Adi Ashkenazi filmed an episode of her series here, in the fromagerie.
So we named the cheese “Adi Pecan” after her.
Average fat – from 20% to 24%.
The cheese is made from fresh milk, contains white mold and free of preservatives.
