The visit includes:

Watching a video that introduces the farm and the moshav and illustrates the cheese-making process in the place. Following the video, you will be invited to a peek into the cheese-ripening chambers where the various cheeses are stored to age and learn about the ripening process of our cheese. This stage is about 25 minutes long.

The tasting menu includes a selection of cheeses with the accompaniments: fresh and roasted vegetables, fresh bread baked on the spot, dips, olives, butter and jam, coffee, fresh juice and a sweet dessert.

A visit must be arranged in advance.
