A carved wooden serving tray with a selection of Hanan Hagaban’s cheeses.

The platter features 5 types of cheese weighing about 1 Kilogram – Tomme-style Yotam from local sheep’s milk, Ash-Pyramid goat cheese coated with chestnut ash and white mold, Herut Gouda-style cheese with Chilly from sheep’s milk, Mor cheese, Brie-style cheese from goat’s milk (cheese selection may vary depending on availability), garnished with rosemary and wild flowers. The tray is decorated with rosemary and flowers.

Please note that the cheese is supplied as wrapped wedges and you may slice it as you see fit.
