Information about our deliveries:

Our couriers do their best ensuring that your orders are delivered efficiently and in a timely manner. On the day of delivery, we will reach out to the recipient to coordinate and make sure that the shipment arrives safely. Delivery times may vary based on the courier, but we strive to have your package delivered by the afternoon. Please Note: * Deliveries are made to the entrance of the building only and our couriers do not enter elevators or climb stairs. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pick up the package from our courier outside. **In the event that the recipient is not available as coordinated or declines to pick up the shipment, the customer will still be responsible for paying the delivery fee. *** A delivery that could not be scheduled will be postponed until the following day.
