Hello everyone
I know I’m expected to write about cheeses,
but today I would like to tell you something about the man in the photo – Nehemiah Hassid.
He did all the carpentry work in the fromagerie with his own two hands.
Besides the shelves of the cheese rooms where he used a new wood, all the furniture in this post album was made of recycled wood – from the floor of the old fromagerie, from wooden surfaces, from disassembled parquet floor and more – all from old and recycled wood.
